My Ruckus system not working - no lights on switch nor the two WAPs.

Wake up this morning and learned I had WiFi issues. Found the Ruckus switch has no lights on it, and the wireless access points have no lights. I tried logging into the mobile app and it says I’m not connected to the Unleashed network. Don’t know what to do.

There wasn’t a power outage and it was working before this morning.

Thank you for sharing the requested information.

Based on the troubleshooting performed, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not responding properly, and it is dead when checked with a working power outlet. A hard reset was also attempted; however, the issue still persists.

As a result, this Switch unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.

To initiate the replacement, Please use the private chat option to respond so we can proceed further. For your reference, I have included a screenshot below.

Also, I tested the surge protector by plugging in a lamp with success so the surge is good.  I also plugged the power cord (black) into another plug at the bottom of pic with green light with no success, but the lamp worked with the other plug.

So I think either the power cord is bad or the switch is dead.  Unless there's a reboot method.
