My Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P has lost power and will no longer turn on

We noticed that the switch lost power the other noght. I tried changing outlets and even changed the power cord out with no luck. I think I need  replacment. I have started a CASE# (01541083) so I can get the switched warrantied

For further troubleshooting steps please let us know the LED status of the switch and the access points using the below guide.

there are no light that turn on anywhere on the unit
