My Ruckus ICX-7150-C12P does not power on.

The Ruckus ICX-7150 -C12P does not power on. I have tried several outlets and no success.

Could you please help me with a picture of the Switch showing the light status and cable connections?(Please refer to the below screenshot)

I currently have no lights on the 12 or more Lan ethernet lines. I do see lights on everything else.(3 lights)

I have no power to the my ring doorbells and a few other devices.
