Hello,
I have used the forums to troubleshoot my Ruckus circuit board. It will not do a hard reboot. Looking at other cases similar to mine I think my circuit is faulty and I will need to replace it.

I did all of this. It will not even recognize my circuit board. I have looked an read the forums on this. It is defective I need a replacement

I have done all of these things for over a month. While downloading the software to recognize the device, I downloaded putty and it will not go into reboot or backup mode

Could you please share a picture of the Software Recovery cable connections between the Switch and your laptop? Additionally, please share a screenshot of the PuTTY error you mentioned.
