I have a Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P. Overnight, no lights, no power.
Good Plug
No Lights
I tested based on recommendations found here:
1) In known good plug, with a known good power cable. No lights. No power. See attached pic 1. Pic 2 and Video.
2) Alternate good power cable, in known good plug. No Lights. No power.
3) Holding RESET button, plug in, hold for 10 seconds and release. No lights. No Power.
What else can I do?

From the case description, I understand that you are looking for the replacement of your Switch.
Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.
In the video, please ensure to capture the following:
1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.
2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.
Please refer to the below pictures as an example.
