My Lennar ruckus stopped working. Please provide your technical support.

My ruckus device stopped working. Upon checking I can sense smoky device. I even tried to reset per ruckus operating manual. Nothing happened. Need your assistance to resolve this.

I have already tried  reset using a paper click but nothing happened.

Now I am tryin software recovery as you suggested.

I have completed above steps per your instruction. However, nothing improved. I even tried twice to ensure nothing is missed. Still Ruckus is not working. Can you help ?

Can one of you contact me to resolve this ? I have tried everything. I spent a day in software recovery process but still it is not working. No error code.

Please look at my intial comment. The unit is smells smoky when it stopped working. What does it tell you ?

Please understand the issue and provide repalcment unit as I have lifetime warranty on this.

We pay for higher price in unit and still going through this painful process of spending a day chatting this issues again and again.
