My Lennar ruckus stopped working. Please provide your technical support.

My ruckus device stopped working. Upon checking I can sense smoky device. I even tried to reset per ruckus operating manual. Nothing happened. Need your assistance to resolve this.

Please provide the below details for further troubleshooting steps.

 

On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on using below guide.

Jayavidhya,

Except power LED, none of the lights are on. I have switched ports too but no luck. It looks like entire unit is dead like other customers had experienced
