I had a power outage and my switch is stuck in boot mode. I have hard reset with a paperclip over 10 times AND TFTP and PUTTY but it never gets out of boot mode, and I t install software following instructions on the community as it installs then stuck in soft lockup - cpu#0 stuck. please advise.

From the case description, I understand that the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.
Also, I understand that you have followed the steps online and still stuck in boot mode and have tried to perform software recovery.
Could you please mention the point where you are getting stuck during Software recovery.. If you could share screenshot, we could look into the matter and assist you accordingly.
