Moved into a new home with a ICX-7150

I just moved into a previously owned Lennar home. I got our regular Wi-Fi working through a cox router. However im not sure how to connect or setup my Ruckus AP. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and now the power is blinking green and the CTL is solid green. 

on my available networks i see a Recovery.me-xxxxxx but i dont know the password. 

can anyone walk me through how to set this up?
