After power outage had to reconfigure ruckus. All other apple products connect fine only the macbook
air will neither connect to ruckus or its ssid

As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to connect your MAC Book device to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi and other devices work fine,
Could you please forget the RUCKUS Wi-Fi on the MAC book device and try to connect once again?
