Hi,
I have read through several posts and tried the suggested methods, including common usernames and passwords. I was hoping I could hop on a call to talk through the process of getting access to the Unleashed app and resetting username and password.

Please check all default passwords for Lennar home users
The default password is super/sp-damin if does not work please try all the link shared
For the password recovery you have to be connected by console

When I open the Putty session, it is asking for User Access Verification. It then asks for a username and password which I do not have.
What do you recommend I do?

After opening the putty application, enter the information inside the IP field, and choose between SSH or Telnet access, please test both options because the SSH access is not always active by default, but Telnet must work.

Telnet:
5: Access: whichever option you are using, if it asks for a password, enter the following, the enable command allows you to execute more commands to check the switch.
User: “super”
Password: “sp-admin”

Please note typo in the password info: I believe that should be super/sp-admin
