I’m getting an error when I try to log in on the Unleashed app on my iPhone. Is there a known issue going on right now? Please advise.

I see that you are on the version 200.15.6.212.14. 

Please downgrade to the recommended version as suggested in the article shared.

Thank you. I’m a little concerned about downgrading, especially since my only issue is with the app and both the router and browser are working. Are there any other possibilities or theories as to what is wrong?

Thank you for the response.

I understand that you have concerns regarding downgrading the AP version.

I would request you to please downgrade the Unleashed version to recommended version 200.15.6.12.304 as it is the most stable version.
