Lennar wifi not working

Lennar wifi not working since power outage.   Do not know what can do, hoping it's fairly simple because what I've seen written so far seems pretty technical and difficult.  Is there just a simple solution to get it up and running again?  Or is there anyone at all from Ruckus who can guide me through it.   Otherwise I'm not sure I'm ever gonna get it to work on my own.  Thanks.

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working, after a power outage.

Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?

1. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)

2.May I know how many Access Points are connected to the Switch? Could you please let me know the light status on the Access Points? Any of these lights are on (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same)

Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports. Also, light the status of Access Points.

Before uploading the photos please log in to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.

Please let me know the answers to ALL the above queries and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Here are my 3 access points.   I took 2 other pictures that don't seem to be loading, not sure why.  One is a picture of the switch itself, all lights are currently green.  And another is of the whole setup, which basically is my router attached to the switch.   I can login to the Lennar network but things are not working properly at all.  Can't load many apps or websites, either on my phone or my laptop.   

If there is a way to send the other 2 pictures I can keep trying.   Please let me know what else you need as I can't seem to fix this issue on my own.    Thanks 🙂

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

As per the light status of the Access Points, they seem to be in a normal state. This may be a Routing Code issue due to a Power outage. Please follow the below ‘RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base’ self-hep guide to troubleshoot and get this issue fixed.
