Lennar provided Ruckus ICX 12 port switch is causing disruptions in network

The Lennar provided ruckus system is causing constant disruptions in my home network. When I connect to my devices to the ISP router (wired/wireless), the network is seamless. When I use Ruckus APs the network works fine when rebooted but after a few hours it is disrupted again.

can you assist?

I just rebooted. It is stable for now. I also performed an IP passthrough of the ISP router. The ISP router will not only serve as the model while the Ruckus switch will be my main router.

Hi @Itiskashi

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the update and the information you shared.

As you have 3 access points connected to your ICX-7150-C12P Switch, could you please let me know from how many access points the connection is dropping out? Or does it dropouts on all the Access Points?

Also, please perform and share the output of the below command-

enable

show lldp neighbors detail

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience.
