The Lennar provided ruckus system is causing constant disruptions in my home network. When I connect to my devices to the ISP router (wired/wireless), the network is seamless. When I use Ruckus APs the network works fine when rebooted but after a few hours it is disrupted again.
can you assist?

Hi @Itiskashi
Thank you for the response and the information.
As I checked the output of the commands you sent, your switch was booted on the secondary partition which was on Routing Code (SPR) earlier. After the ‘copy flash flash secondary’ command we have copied the Switching code (SPS) on the secondary partition (Please refer to the below screenshots). Now you should not have any issue with internet connection stability if your internet connection is stable from Internet Service Provider (ISP). Please observe the internet stability behavior.
And as we can see from the output you shared, the ports are up and running. However, ports 1/1/7 and 1/1/10 are only able to transmit 100 Mbps of speed (Please refer to the below screenshots) which is a result of defective network ethernet cables. And this issue/problem is more on the cable side. We suggest you check the cables and replace them with new cables for the affected ports on 1/1/7 and 1/1/10. Since RUCKUS has no part in fixing the issue related to cable installations.
UPGRADE: As your Switch is on the old 08070c version
We suggest you upgrade your switch to the latest stable version to avoid these problems in the future:
The recommended stable version is 8095g-
Below are the options or methods to perform the Upgrade on the switch: You could choose any one of these.
1st Option:
1. In this option, we will use a pen drive or USB flash drive in which we move the files to the pen drive and connect it to the Switch then through CLI we execute the commands to upgrade the Switch using the following guide as a reference:
How to Upgrade a Switch ICX-7150-C12P using a USB flash drive
2nd Option:
2. The following guide is an example of an upgrade via TFTP server, by using an application (FREE) to send files or upload remote files to a device, in our case, we will use it to update a new version to the Switch, basically it will send the image version remotely from the computer to the switch.
How to upgrade a Switch ICX7150-C12P via TFTP
As you have CLI open and working now, we suggest to follow 2nd option.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience.

Thank you for the responses. I have upgraded my current firmware versions to 8095g using the 2nd option. It was straight forward.
telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch#show flash
Stack unit 1:
NAND Type: Micron NAND 2GiB (x 1)
Compressed Pri Code size = 31457280, Version:08.0.95gT211 (SPS08095g.bin)
Compressed Sec Code size = 31457280, Version:08.0.95gT211 (SPS08095g.bin)
Compressed Pri Boot Code size = 786944, Version:10.1.14T225 (mnz10114)
Compressed Sec Boot Code size = 786944, Version:10.1.24T225 (mnz10124)
Code Flash Free Space = 1113047040
Ports 1/1/7 and 1/1/10 are only able to transmit 100 Mbps of speed because those ports use Cat5e cables and are used by my solar and door bell company. They do not require faster speeds.
Are there other reasons as to why there would be drop outs? I have all of my 3 APs showing up on my ruckus app. However, I am still seeing a configure.me-1956E0 on my wifi list. Does it mean that there is an AP lying around somewhere that is not configured? Could it be my neighbors? Can you assist me to figure out what that is?

Hi Imran,
The ruckus worked fine for 24 hours and I have intermittent drop outs again. The internet speed is not constant and I have brief drop outs from video calls/browsing/gaming etc. When I connect to the ISP router, this problem goes away. I have upgraded my switch to SPS08095g on both partitions.
telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch#show flash

Compressed Sec Boot Code size = 786944, Version:10.1.24T225 (mnz10124)
Code Flash Free Space = 1113010176
Please suggest next steps.
Thank you for your help!

Hi @Itiskashi
Greetings of the day!!!
Thank you for the response and the update.
Please enter the below commands once which will reload/reboot the Switch to the latest upgraded version-

It will take some minutes for Switch to reload and come up. And once it comes up you could observe the stability of the Internet connectivity.
