Lennar house with Ruckus r510 and ICX 7150 C12P not connected at 1000-Full

Hi. I bought a Lennar home and it came pre-installed with Ruckus r510 and ICX 7150 C12P. I'm getting around 100 Mbps from speed tests while on the r510. However, on my Asus, I'm pulling around 580 Mbps. I believe the issue is that I'm uplinked from the r510 to the ICX at 100 Full.  I can't seem to change the NIC port speeds on my r510 to 1000 Mbps Full. Below are the CLI output from the r510 and ICX. The r510 is connected to port 1/1/1. Port 1/1/3 is uplink to my AT&T modem. I'm running 200.6.10.1.312 on the r510.

Have you tried updating the firmware on the ICX switch? Yeah leave the ruckus r510 at it’s current firmware since 200.7.x has speed issues with iOS devices. Also, have you tried connecting the r510 to a different port on the switch?

Updated to latest firmware and still not connecting at 1000 Full. I've tried other switch ports and doing the same thing.

Can anyone confirm that the r510 can do 1000 Full on PoE NIC port without AC adapter?

I can confirm that you don’t need an ac adapter ... it’s more likely you have a defective r510. .. the last thing I would try would be reset the r510 to factory settings and reconfigure it. Note you should have a limited lifetime warranty on your unit. Contact ruckus support or Lennar ruckus that it seems that you might have a bad unit.

The other possibility is that termination ends of the cable could be bad? Try taking down the r510 and plugging it directly to the switch with a known good cat5e cable or cat6. Note the r510 is locked down and to release the latch there is a paper clip hole at the front of the base of the unit. Push a paper clip in and you should feel a spring mechanism and the unit backwards and down.
