Hi, we have a Lennar home and Ruckus Switch. We have done a hard reset but cannot log onto the unleashed app or web browser to be able to update our switch and our AP extenders. We were never given a master or default password and I have tried every combination found on the forum. I am stumped. I took down the switch to see if the default password:login was on the back but it is not. It is not in any of our paperwork. The switch and the extenders 510’s show up on the Netgear Nighthawk app and I see the ip addresses but when I try to log in…I don’t have the credentials needed. I don’t believe that a password recovery was set up as the system was already set up when we moved in. HELP!

Thank you for the response and the information.
From the pictures you shared, the RUCKUS Switch and Access Points lights are in a normal state.
Once again, please try using the default username and passwords combinations provided below.
If that doesn’t work, the next step is to factory reset the Access Points. Please refer to the mentioned RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article for the factory reset process.

I’ve upgraded the aps! Thank you so much!
now for the switch. I can’t access the switch because I have no credentials. I don’t know what the default user and password combo is to add it.

Me again, I have tried all the admin and password combos for the switch and I have factory reset it.
