Hi, we have a Lennar home and Ruckus Switch. We have done a hard reset but cannot log onto the unleashed app or web browser to be able to update our switch and our AP extenders. We were never given a master or default password and I have tried every combination found on the forum. I am stumped. I took down the switch to see if the default password:login was on the back but it is not. It is not in any of our paperwork. The switch and the extenders 510’s show up on the Netgear Nighthawk app and I see the ip addresses but when I try to log in…I don’t have the credentials needed. I don’t believe that a password recovery was set up as the system was already set up when we moved in. HELP!

I can’t log into the ruckus through web browser anymore. On the Unleashed app I can only login through my gmail social media when I am in my regular WiFi. No system shows up and when I try to add the switch or manage my network, I get the message that I am not logged into the Ruckus WiFi. Of course I am not, it does not show up in my WiFi as I reset the switch psychically to factory settings. Since I don’t have a “master” password or user name, I cannot do anything. None of the user and admin combos that you’ve given me or the ones I have found and tried on this forum works. There is no sticker on my date housing box nor anywhere on the actual switch. We were never provided any user names or passwords when we bought the house in 2018. It is nowhere in any documentation or boxes or anything. I cannot add the switch nor activate the r510 access points to our Internet or WiFi nor can we upgrade any firmware. None of them are connected. Nothing. We have our ring cameras and Kevo (which has never worked), Casey’s, Lutron, Poe switch and any thing else connected to the Rickus switch but they don’t work. I connected the amcrest poe to my router and I also have the ruckus switch connected to the router but nothing. I tried connecting the switch directly to our modem to no avail. I tried using usb to type that connects to my iPhone as well as tried connecting the switch to my MacBook and nothing.
I don’t know what else to do. My husband is over me seeing me try and try.

Please let me know, how many access points are currently connected to the switch? Please describe the status of the lights on the access points. Similarly, include a photo showing the access points' light status.
