Keep having network issues, internet slows down, drops, switch stops providing POE power.

I currently have one of the APs at my home running using a POE injector.  The switch keeps failing to provide power.  Always problems with the network.  I have done all possible to make this work.  APs are upgraded to the latest upgrade so is the switch. (ICX715-c12)  I had a previous forum going on here Solved: RUCKUS Forums - Re: Switch icx 7150-c12p is not powering POE, runn... - Page 5 - CommScope R....   Issue is still going on.  I think the switch is done for.  Too many problems, have to constantly restart.

Here are the pictures you requested.  Know the switch is protected by APC unit.  For things to work I have to bypass 1 of the 2 APs I have using a POE injector.    If I connect both internet will drop more due to the switch failing.  I have to restart the switch constantly.   I was trying to connect to it now and give you some output from the switch but it fails.  For me to be able to get in I would have to restart multiple times.

Connecting To 192.168.1.30...Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed

Just restarted and is kind of responding now, but dropping packets.  I have changed the time and date multiple times and saved it to memory multiple times but after a couple of resets it changes to a wrong date and time again.  a couple of ports are showing overload and I have changed ports and or keep disconnected and then the other AP will show overload.  I've been dealing with this for months now.  Please replace switch for new.  This switch seems to be having hardware issues.
