Just moved into a Lennar home and I can’t get the Ruckus set up. It does not show up under my wifi and I have also tried to reset it and configure me does not show up. I have also tried to manually type in the wifi username and password and that does not work. If anyone has had the same problem, please let me know how you got yours set up. Thanks!

you have to do this with the IP address of the master access point instead of the website, and your computer must be on the same subnet as the access points, as mentioned, this can be achieved by wiring the computer directly to the ISP's switch or router.
