Issue with bad kernel image

After a power outage I am attempting a software recovery and encountering issues whenever I try to update_primary and update_secondary. I have attempted the hard reset 30-40 times the lights just flash. I have attached pictures. I keep getting an issue saying my kernel image is bad.
