I’m literally losing my mind with ruckus. It is so unreliable always wanting me to configure, when I do it never configures, I do hard resets and it doesn’t work, I try unplugging the system it does not work. 

im kinda dumb when it comes to this. So I just need someone who is American and I can understand and who can break it down Barney style or a service provider to come just do it for me.
