Imran,

When i go to the update it doesn't give me an option for either local or online updates.  The screen is greyed out.

Imran,

I was able to get them upgraded through Safari instead of Chrome.  However now i'm getting that one is disconnected (it was also like this before i upgraded, and it will not accept the upgrade)

Hi @coltenroberts88

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please make sure to upgrade ALL the Access Points to the same version. If you are unable to upgrade one Access Point. Please try to upgrade it using the Mozilla Firefox Web browser.

I see from the screenshot you shared that ALL your Access Points have become MASTER (please refer to the highlighted screenshot below), as there must be only ONE Master Access Point and the remaining slave Access Points. Once you upgrade all the Access Points to the same version. Please unplug and plug them from the Switch ports and see if ONE becomes Master AP and other slaves.

Please confirm once you complete the above steps.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

Imran Sanadi
