We had a power outage on 05/18/23 and internet was not working. Cox was called to visit our home and they replaced the modem but stated that the issue was not with Cox but with Ruckus' main line. The internet is working but is frustratingly slow at this time. Please assist ASAP!
As mentioned in the previous post, please paste the IP Address in a web browser and check the dashboard as shown in the screenshot in my previous post. Once you confirm the Switch IP Address please try to access CLI.

hello. i tried to access the IP address for Ruckus (i don't see anything titled switch) and this is the screen that keeps popping up. Is there a way that someone can just remotely access our computer and do this for us?
after clicking around, i was able to access the site "unsafely"
This page popped up and when entering our username and password, it keeps saying it is incorrect.
