Internet is extremely slow and Cox blames Ruckus

We had a power outage on 05/18/23 and internet was not working. Cox was called to visit our home and they replaced the modem but stated that the issue was not with Cox but with Ruckus' main line. The internet is working but is frustratingly slow at this time. Please assist ASAP!

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

Could you please perform an IP Scan and try to browse your ICX-7150-C12P Switch IP address on a web browser? Once you get your Switch IP address please try to log in and confirm.

You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address. 

Try to access your switch from a web browser by pasting the below URL in http or https form whichever that works.

https://0.0.0.0 or http://0.0.0.0 (IP address of Switch. 0.0.0.0 is just as an example)

i see two switch IP addresses. Which one is it?

Thank you for the response.

As mentioned in the previous post, please paste the IP Address in a web browser and check the dashboard as shown in the screenshot in my previous post. Once you confirm the Switch IP Address please try to access CLI.

hello. i tried to access the IP address for Ruckus (i don't see anything titled switch) and this is the screen that keeps popping up. Is there a way that someone can just remotely access our computer and do this for us?Screenshot 2023-05-25 19.14.57.pngScreenshot 2023-05-25 19.17.32.png

 

after clicking around, i was able to access the site "unsafely"

This page popped up and when entering our username and password, it keeps saying it is incorrect.

we then tried clicking "forgot password" and this popped up

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

The dashboard you are seeing on the web browser is of Unleashed and not of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch.

You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address. 

Please check the other IP Addresses from the IP scan results, by the name of Ruckus Wireless or Brocade Communications to confirm the IP address of the Switch and access the CLI.
