Icx7150 c12 router no device connected

the unleash app installed and is working, but it shows a pending switch: Icx7150 c12 router no device connected.  When I clicked it, it asked username and password, I use “super” and “sp-admin” they are still sowing the information of the pending switch…. It seems the laptop connected to the AP; but my iPhone can never connected.

how to solve the problem?

So please log in into the Switch via ssh the credentials should be username:admin password: Lennar   , capital L ' Lennar' or try the following 

2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  1. Remove power from the switch.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

Ok. Someone from suppor called Yare nis wrote yesterday not only these set of user and password but many other combinations. None of them worked and these that you provide me didn’t work either. I just did the reset of the device as you indicated. And all the amber were blinking for a good minute and just stopped now. I can see an amber light on SYSTT and tren light on power. Now what ???? This is really time consuming. It should not be that complicated at all.

Can you check if after the reset now the Switch is shows as 'switch' on your AT&T router please go to 192.168.1.254 to make sure that.

Also make sure you are typing the password correct username: admin password : Lennar 

While you are typing the admin/password you are not going to see the characters.

If accessing via IP is not possible the only way is via a console cable.

I followed your directions, and now the device is detected as a switch but disconected and in the unleash app the IP address is  MAC 34:20:e3:2f:db:be

I just removed the IP and screenshots as your switch has a public IP which means anyone can access your switch with an internet connection and you can be hacked.

For this reason, we recommend that you disable this IP passthrough from the beginning, since the IP of the switch is not the same as other devices on the network like you Access Point.

Basically that the Switch says disconnected is not a problem, since we already solved the routing code issue.

In order see the ICX in the unleashed app is a bit tricky because you must generate a ssh tunnel so in simple words is like private tunnel between the access points and the ICX.

1.Make sure the management approval is enabled

2.Hit Add on that dashboard 

2.1 Put the IP address of the ICX switch 

2.2 Write the credentials for the switch ( key sensitive ) username : admin password : Lennar             'capital L ' Lennar

This takes a while to sync data between the ICX and the unleashed AP
