Icx 7150 switch not working after power out

After a power outage my ICX 7150 switch is no longer working. It is stuck on a steady amber light every time I reset the unit. I have done a factory reset and it’s still not working. The AP units are not receiving any power, have no lights and no signal. The switch is no longer under warranty with Lennar but still under limited warranty with Ruckus. Please advise.

It seems that you need to access the Switch, from there you can diagnose what may be the issue, so let me add the guides also available on this community.
Here are two possible option to gain access to the switch, please test both.

2:Wants you gain access you switch, it can look like these two options, in the first you will be able to run diagnostics commands, however the second required to run a process called software recovery, which I will add the guides which will help to perform the process.


3:If you switch looks like option #1 please share the next information:
show version
show flash
show inline power detail
4:If your Switch look as the second option, a software recovery will be necessary, so you will require the next:
1:Check the current code you have, by running the next command
