After a power outage my ICX 7150 switch is no longer working. It is stuck on a steady amber light every time I reset the unit. I have done a factory reset and it’s still not working. The AP units are not receiving any power, have no lights and no signal. The switch is no longer under warranty with Lennar but still under limited warranty with Ruckus. Please advise.
It seems that you need to access the Switch, from there you can diagnose what may be the issue, so let me add the guides also available on this community. Here are two possible option to gain access to the switch, please test both.
