Icx 7150 pending no ip

I’m having an issue with my switch box ever sense we had a power outage.

  • Could you please let us know if you are from Lennar Homes ?
  • Could you please help us with front panel picture of the switch ?
  • Is the switch model 7150-C12P model ?
  • Could you please let us know if you have access to console of the switch ? 


I have a Lennar home. 
the switch is a 7150-C12P. I can console the switch, but I can’t access the switch via the unleashed app due to not having the username and password.

As per the shared information, I could understand that you are unable to login to the Unleashed App.

As you mentioned you are unable to use the unleashed app as you do not have the username and password, I would request you to please try login with the IP address of the AP and you should see the below-Unleashed dashboard

Once you see the above dashboard, please try to use the default combination credentials as mentioned below.

Please check and confirm and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
