Hi,
Out of nowhere with nothing happening or power surge my ruckus ICX 7150 C12P lost power and no longer works. Both ceiling extenders are completely down as well.
I still have active Wi-Fi through my router/provider from Verizon.
I have tried the steps for hard reset and all still nothing.
Everything is plugged in correctly in a working outlet. When resting power supply, lights blink and go out immediately.
