Hello, my ICX7150-C12P has dies, only flashes an amber light once when plugged into power. I have tried all troubleshooting steps and the issue still persists.

Did you even see the pictures I already uploaded to this thread? Clearly shows dead, please issue an RMAA AND STOP WASTING MY YIMR

Effective June’2023 as per our new process we are asking for Videos to confirm and we cannot process without it.

Thanks for the information.

Based on the description, seems that the switch is dead  this unit should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.
