ICX7150-C12P Ports appear to be failing - RMA

I have an ICX7150-12CP with multiple ports that appear to be failing.  I have a R510 that was plugged into port 1/1/12 and showing a connection speed of only 10Mbps.   When the R510 was removed from ceiling and plugged directly into port 1/1/12 with a known good cable, connection speed would only show 10Mbps and would not connect.   Switch was power cycled and same behavior.  The R510 was moved to port 1/1/3 with same cable and the unit connected normally at 1Gbps. Configuration verified and no speed specific settings on the port.  Please provide RMA of switch.

Based on the troubleshooting performed, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch has some defective ports and we tried all the required troubleshooting steps. A hard reset was also attempted; however, the issue still persists.

As a result, this Switch unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
