My two access points recently lost power. After downloading Putty and viewing the active logs, I saw this error message repeating over and over:
"PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power."
AS this does not look like a software issue, I have not updated to the most recent software package. Any suggestions? Would this be covered by a hardware warranty?
Thanks,
Dan

The switch has been upgraded to the most recent firmware. It does seem like PoE is working again. However, now the access points don't seem to be configured in a way that works with the switch. They are powered and broadcasting a WiFi signal but they do not actually provide access to the internet. Thoughts?

I did figure this out last night. My cables were not setup correctly. Thank you both for your help, everything seems to be working well!
