I entered the IP address but the message still shows “ICX Switch is Connecting” also above the message “Unleashed system only supports ICX firmware version 08.0.90 or later”

Thank you for the details provided, let's check what version you are running, like you know the IP address put that IP address in the URL bar and logging, let me add some steps.
1: Find the IP address of the ICX7150 Switch.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications
2: Now that you know the IP address of the Switch, in my case my IP address is 10.176.192.100, search for that IP address in the URL bar of your Web browser:
Hit login and the credentials must be
User: super
Password: sp-admin
Or test the combination
Usernames: Passwords:
Admin sp-admin
Super Lennar
lennar
ruckus
Ruckus!
Ruckus1

3: Now that you have access to the Switch, let's check what you have in flash, and from which code your Switch is booting.
A:Check what you have in the flash:
B:Check from which partition are you booting:
click on Monitor on the left >device
4:If you are running a code lower than 08090 an upgrade will be required, let me add the options.

Hi! Fixed the partition issue and divert to switch not router. Also was able to delete the router option and create another switch as a secondary option should there be another power failure. Internet back to its fast connection without dropping.
