Help! Noticed web pages were slow at loading and realized after weeks my switch is shown as disconnected through the unleashed app and website. Unsure of how to get this reconnected. I’m not IT savvy but tech savvy; a dumbed down response would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @finnejo, 

When you are typing a password, it will be masked/hidden. Your keystrokes will still be entered (assuming you are seeing a prompt).
