ICX-7150C12P constantly rebooting taking down ethernet ports and AP WiFi

I'm having the same issue as everyone else.... 

My ICX 7150-C12P started rebooting a few days ago at random times and sometimes it happens every couple minutes and other times it happens every few hours. It is really affecting my work and I need this fixed ASAP.  
I have provided screenshots of the data usually requested with these posts....

Same issue here last 3 days try all the method on there platform still same a lots of people have same problem with there ruckus

Hi @WiiOutHere 

 

Based on the images you have shared it seems that your switch has green and amber light which means that the switch is stuck in boot mode.

 

1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.

2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  1.  Remove power from the switch.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.
