How do I get and RMA?
For better understanding please follow the below steps to confirm whether the switch gets powered on or not.
1. Please connect the switch to the power outlet and check if its still not powered enough.
2. If the switch is not powered on yet, then please share the panoramic picture of the switch while it is connected to the power outlet.

I have had a failed switch for over 4 weeks and cannot get any response from anyone on how to get an RMA.
Why is this so difficult?
1-On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?
2- Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source
This is the third time I have answered these questions...are you not receiving my replies?
Switch is plugged in using a verified power cord and a verified power outlet.
There are no lights on the switch. It is dead.
