I’m reaching out regarding a critical issue with my ICX 7150-C12P-2X1G switch. The unit now shows no lights at all suddenly and appears completely unresponsive and the APs are not powering on.
Here’s a summary of the troubleshooting steps I’ve already taken:
- Power cycled the unit multiple times using different outlets.
- Attempted a hard reset using the reset button.
- Verified that the power cord and outlet are functional.
- Observed no LED activity during startup or reset attempts. Except for a brief flash when reset and then no lights at all.
Please let me know if any further diagnostics are required or help with fixing this.
