ICX-7150 stuck in boot loop with amber syst light. No ports working.

My ICX-6150 has been stuck in a boot loop after trying to reset it. I have followed the posted instructions and done the power cycle with the reset pin 20+ times with no luck. Everything was working fine before but now it just stays on the amber light with no connectivity. I believe it needs to be RMA'd.
