Hello,

I tried a reset now and I just got lucky. The blinking lights on the switch stopped and turned solid green. It works now. Thanks again for reaching out to support.

the issue is back and I have been resetting multiple times, at least 15 times every day since the last week with no positive results. Can you please look into this asap?
