Hello,
My issue is with the switch being removed from my network then being added back on and this can happen multiple times a day every day and severely interrupts my work. Details below:

Thank you for the response and the detailed information.
As per the lights status of the Switch and command outputs shared in another post of yours, it seems in a normal state.
However, I would suggest factory reset the Switch using below commands:
Please note, there will NOT be any loss of data or configuration. Factory reset will just reset with the default configuration.
Please perform the below commands to factory reset the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch. (Also please refer to the below screenshot)
enable
erase system factory-default
y
Please follow the steps, check the stability and confirm the status.

Adding to the post. Factory defaulting the switch would remove all configuration from the switch. I see you have accessed the switch at the movement on telnet.
I suggest to do a factory default on console access. Below is a link that will help you take console access to the switch.
