ICX-7150 Pending in Dashboard

I could not gain access to y Unleashed Dashboard, so I reset my AP to change the credentials.  I have 2 APs and 1 ICX-7150 Switch.  The APs are functioning and show as "Working" in my dashboard.  However, my switch is showing "Disconnected" and "Pending".  When I enter the credentials, I get an error message saying the credentials are incorrect.

How can I reset the credentials or get the switch reconnected in my dashboard?

From the case description you shared, I understand that your Switch is showing disconnected and is pending.

Could you please share the screenshot of the below image by logging into the unleashed using the laptop web browser?
