We lost power both APs aren’t receiving power after power returned. I have Reset all items several times APs and switch. I have switched cables where possible. I have attempted reboot using coms port that didn’t accept a boot load, flash attempted but failed. Boot said invalid. Not sure what I could do here.

Thank you for the response and the update.
As I have already mentioned in my last post, as your access points are not getting connected to a single Unleashed system after the factory reset, are you seeing Two different IP addresses for both the APs?
If yes, please log in to both the Unleashed systems and check the Unleashed Versions, both need to be on the same version in order to have a single Unleashed system with a Master AP and slave APs. (Please refer to the below screenshot to check the Unleashed Version).
Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
