Hi there,

power outage and now the switchboard and AP’s are not working properly. The switch is showing power and SYST is amber while the AP are completely not showing any lights. I have unplugged for awhile and plugged back in and waited but nothing.

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

Based on the screenshot you shared, seems like Putty is unable to fetch the firmware files from TFTP server.

Could you please check and confirm, if you have completed configurations, downloaded the firmware files and TFTP application as described in the guide from step 5 onwards?

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

As I see from the picture you shared, seems like you have only used a USB Type-C cable for the software recovery process. There should also be an ethernet cable along with the USB Type-C cable. Please use ethernet cable (both ends RJ45 plugs) and USB to type C cable together as described in steps 2 & 3 in the guide link. Request you follow the same and perform the software recovery process once again. (Please refer to the below screenshots for the reference)

Please follow the above process, perform the software recovery process once again, and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
