I have a Lennar smart home built in 2018. My ICX 7150-C12P will not stay powered on. When I unplug it in the green light blinks once then it immediately powers off. It will not stay on. I have read all of the troubleshooting posts but nothing has resolved my issue. I was told that I need to request an RMA. Please advise how I should proceed. Thank you.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

Hello,
The unit does not hold power long enough to reboot it. As soon as I plug it in, the green light blinks once then the unit turns off. No power at all.
