ICX 7150-C12P not connecting after reset

Hello, My Switch was reset to factory default.  The SSID and password that Lennar provided for my APs dont seem to work. I am unable to connect to the switch either. I have tried connecting via ethernet cable, USB-C cable.

Unable to get the IP. I somehow managed to get to login page of the portal - 192.168.0.206 (IP assigned by my router) but none of the credentials worked for me. I have tried several combinations incuding super/sp-admin.

Please help. I am unable use the switch or APs currently and that is really frustrating.
