ICX 7150-C12P does not power on - amber lights flash once and then nothing

Hello,

My ICX 7150 stopped working overnight - no power outage or spike - and now no longer powers on properly.  When connecting to known good power source, the status lights flash amber once and then nothing.  I cannot connect via serial either.  I worked through the hard reset procedure many times (like 15x) and still no luck.  Overall, this looks very similar to what other users reported, e.g.:

Greetings of the day!!!

Thank you for sharing the requested PICTURES and a VIDEO.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
