ICX 7150-C12P and 2 access points no longer connected after power outage

My ICX 7150-C12P and 2 access points no longer connected after power outage. We've had plenty of outages before and this has never happened. I read a few similar posts and tried to follow the instructions but Im stuck at the step of identifing the IP of my Rucus hardware. Its not showing up on the downloaded program, OR in the connected devices are of my router. The network from my regualar router works, but none of my devices like ring cameras, lutron lights, etc are able to connect because I believe they were connected to the extender network. Screen Shot 2023-04-19 at 6.58.34 PM.pngScreen Shot 2023-04-19 at 6.58.27 PM.pngWhatsApp Image 2023-04-19 at 6.59.22 PM.jpegWhatsApp Image 2023-04-19 at 6.26.16 PM.jpegUpstairs.jpegdownstairs.jpeg

Hi @Sector16

Thank you for the response.

We need to confirm the IP address of the Switch to access the Switch via CLI from the Putty application. Please confirm the Switch IP address and follow the link “How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-C12P' or 'access points' "Network devices" which is shared previously.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again.

The Ruckus "switch" is not showing up in my devices, so I cant verify the IP of the "switch" as you kep saying. I listed the IP's of the Arris hardware as you asked but I still dont understand why you need those, they are NOT Ruckus equiptment. How can I get the IP of the Ruckus switch if its not showing in my devices on the app, or directly into the ISP router itself?

Hi @Sector16

Thank you for the response.

Arris had a role with RUCKUS in the manufacturing of devices. So, just we checked if the listed IP addresses are related to your RUCKUS ICX Switch.

Could you please run the IP Scanner once again and check if you can get the IP address assigned to the Switch from your ISP router? Please verify all the IP addresses without any names.

Please make sure, the device on which you are performing the IP scanner is connected to the same Router connection to which the Switch is attached.

If you are still unable to get the IP address of the Switch, the only option left is to get console access to the Switch-

Here is a guide on how to access to the Switch via console (cable access between your PC to the ICX 7150-C12P) in this case we need a USB type C to USB standard or Console cable Rj45 to USB.

How to console in the ICX-7150-C12P

Once you are logged in to the ICX-7150-C12P console, please follow and perform the same commands shared previously and help with the outputs.

Please share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience.
