ICX 7150-C12P Will not power on

I have a ~7 year old Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P that sort of died this week.  None of the lights will power on and I lost connectivity.

When I unplug/plug the power in the LEDS (stats, spd, ID, etc) briefly turn yellow on and then turn off.  I have tried a few different outlets while also holding down the reset button.  No luck, the unit will not turn on.  Is this thing fried? Looking for any help, thanks in advance.
