ICX 7150-C12P POE PD Detection Fault

I have upgraded the switch to SPS08095g as recommended for Lennar homeowners.

The R510 AP is working.

The show inline power command for port 1 where the Ring doorbell cable is connected shows its state is OFF and says PD Detection Fault is the ERROR. What is likely the problem? POE looks normal for the R510.

This problem has existed for months. I am helping a neighbor troubleshoot and knew I had to first get the switch on the latest approved firmware. Not aware of any other problems.

You still don't actually answer questions, right? Against company policy?

Simple question but no answer. Not even "I even I don't know."

We bought a new Ring doorbell to solve the problem.
