After a power outage the switch did not rebooted. Manually rebooted and now the internet is SUPER slow and not routing to the AP's. The signal is weak to the point the ring doorbell and cameras are not getting signal. How do I get this resolved?

Please try to gain access via WEB with that IP address 192.168.1.174 if you have issues, please wire the computer to the Switch and try again.
Follow up the next guide in case you were able to connect, try the next credentials or the same you used for the Unleashed Dashboard page.

I have tried via WEB. It does not load. Errors out as you can see below. Also can not hard wire to the switch as I do not have the correct cord usb to usb-c.

Some times the IP address is not that one that shows in the unleashed dashboard , you need to locate the new IP address using an IP scanner or log into your local Router.
if you internet provider is AT&T your local Router IP address is 192.168.1.254 or 192.168.1.1 please use that IP in the URL.
Check the 'device list' the ICX-7150-Switch should be appear as Switch-Router

A couple of things:
1. I am using the IP address from the scanner that I had to download.
2. Wave is the internet provider.
